This is a Great Thicker  Polyester Canvas Materials with a vinyl coating on the underside of the material and a urethane coat on the fibers. While most add a fleece lining to there order on the canvas type materials as a two cover system this fiber tends to be smooth enough to the touch and many opt out of the fleece saving a little money on that part while being happy with the texture of this type of material on their car. ( we always recommend considering a two cover system as a fleece will protect the cars paint to a much greater degree.)
Polyester fibers start out as a liquid acrylic polymer solution. When piece-dyed or “stock” fabrics are made, the fibers are dipped into a vat of dye. Only the outer surface of the fibers are colored; the interior of each fiber remains white. The method produces a great color, These top quality fibers are coated with a high grade solution and vinyl coated preventing  degrading and are made to last outside, be tow-able and or withstand high winds and or the corrosive nature of the outdoor elements.

This is a Great Material.  Its a thicker weight solution dyed canvas that lasts much longer, not just in strength but in color as well.   The individual fibers are stronger than traditional canvas materials.  This material is made NOT to disappoint.
