This is a Great Thicker  Polyester Canvas Materials with a urathane and PVC coating on the underside of the material and Throughout the weaving process.  The PVC Makes Production of the Material more economical while adding an extra layer of watertightness.  While most add a fleece lining to there order on the canvas type materials as a two cover system this fiber tends to be smooth enough to the touch and many opt out of the fleece saving a little money on that part while being happy with the texture of this type of material on their car. ( we always recommend considering a two cover system as a fleece will protect the cars paint to a much greater degree and help prevent the PVC from powdering)
Polyester fibers start out as a liquid acrylic polymer solution. When  “stock” fabrics are made, the fibers are dipped into a vat of dye.  The outer surface of the fibers are colored. There is also a thickened feel to the material with the PVC Coating throught the material.  The method produces a great color, These top quality fibers are coated with eurothane and PVC preventing  degrading and are made to last be tow-able and or withstand high winds and or elements.

This is a Great Material.  Its a thicker weight dyed canvas that lasts,  The individual fibers are stronger than other canvas materials.  This material is made NOT to disappoint.
